George, if you are going to make any changes in this area, I’m not sure why, and I’m not sure it matters, but it is currently impossible to do a phonegap build without a CSP. The ‘none’ no longer works. (as noted elsewhere).

Correct. PhoneGap apps will not run without a CSP, so we don’t allow that.
