I haven’t used App Studio in several years so I’m basically starting from scratch. In version 8.4.1, I opened one of the sample projects and then decided to create a new project. When I clicked “new project” and selected a device screen, it said the current project will be closed. I selected “no” to saving it. But the sample project remains there. I can’t seem to get rid of it. How can I close the sample and start a new project?
That’s odd - I’ll try to reproduce it here.
Can you try saving the sample to a work folder first and see if that helps?
Yes, saving the sample project to another location did work. But why should that be necessary?
I agree - it’s odd. We’ll try to reproduce this here.
It is still the same problem. One cannot go directly from a sample project to a new project.
We’re working on this one.
