Volt Server says App Disabled!

My University has a paid account - but just now I tried to deploy an app to the volt server through appstudio 9which is licensesd). Worked yesterday, but today I get a message App Disabled.,

I tried it several times, closed Appstudfio and reopened - no change. I tried another project - it worked on Volt just fine. Thoughts? My project is below.
Thoughts?

Never mind - wouldn’t work in Chrome - but works in Safari…

Looks like there was a confusion with serial numbers - should be resolved now.

Redeploy the app and it should be good.
