Yesterday during my compilation I was surprised to discover that the phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner plugin was discontinued.
What is the best alternative for this plugin (read EAN, Code 39 and QRcode)?

The plugin has been archived by the owner. It has not been updated in 2 years. However, it still seems to work, so we restored it to the Approved list.
