Ajax return 0 status

In this morning, my customers native app are not functioning on AJAX call. It is return 0 status. The same app is working as web app. This native app has been used for over a month.
I copy and paste the URL which Ajax call in either Android chrome or PC chrome, they both return the data without error

Anyone has idea?

managed to solved by delete existing ssl certificate (let’ encrypt) which will be expired on 01.12.2021 and install a new ssl certificate (let encrypt).
