Hopefully, you won’t notice much. Under the surface, though, we’ve updated some of the major libraries to their latest version. This will allow us to move ahead with a number of new features.

An important point about the beta: In the Run menu, use Deploy to Local Folder instead of Start in Desktop Browser. There is a known problem with Start in Desktop Browser.

We’re still working on that. In the meantime, does Deploy to Local Folder work for you?
Yes. “In lokalen Ordner” does work, i.e. it works in the same way as “Start in Desktop Browser”.
We have just uploaded a new beta. It looks like Start in Desktop Browser now works properly - give it a try!
I installed the beta on another computer than I am working with for development.Today the previous beta did not start. Uninstalled. Download of new beta 8 needed a very unusual lot of time. Finally I got it installed. But b8 would not run. Even doubleclick on .exe file without reaction.
Update: Sorry. My fault. I made a mistake when filling in the Preferences, Toolbox. I removed the wrong entry with regedit. Beta is running again. “Start in desktop browser” is OK.

Do not post them here. They will be very confusing for users who do not realize they apply to a special build of the AppStudio which has not been released.
