Appstudio serial number not working

My appstudio works on my Mac fine for a while - then says “Your subscription has expired”. I tried to re-enter the license code that the rest of the class is using successfully - no change.

I tried also:

  1. rebooting my machine - no change
  2. restarting appstudio, chrome - no change
  3. tried deleted appstudio, then deleted the Appstudio Preferences file in my user account .Library file and reinstalled Appstudio - no change

Please advise. Thanks

Would you DM me the serial number you are using? I know you’ve had more than one over the years.
