Property backgroundColor of textArea does not work. Input of e.g. green does not make background green. Stays white
Workaround could be to set style to: background-color:gray !important

Not sure how to get notified when this thread is responded to, so I’m trying this approach.
We’ll have a look at this.
The workaround which @bsommer suggested will certainly work in the meantime.
