Cannot Run Version 8.4.0.0

I downloaded 8.4.0.0 and installed it over my existing App Studio version. It finished installing. Now it will not run. When I try to open the executable, it does nothing at all - no error message. I tried contacting NSB support with no success. On your contact page, the 888 number is wrong and the support email that is listed is also wrong. When I called the 416 number, all I got was a message saying to send an email to support@appstudio.com. This bounced back with a message saying it was undeliverable.

Please help!

Those methods of communication should all have worked - but posting here is the best way to ask questions.

Let’s try a complete uninstall. With the switch from 32 to 64 bit, sometimes Windows ends up with stuff in the wrong place:
