My student created a new Volt server account using gmk05162@creighton.edu. She then received an email to authenticate and she clicked on the link and did that. Her login was in the Preferences after this.
Then back to appstudio - she got the screen below when tried to deploy to Volt Server:
We closed appstudio and restarted - no change. Tried several times.
Thoughts?
Is only one student affected, or are there others?
Is she able to login to the VoltServer Dashboard?
She is the only one I’m aware of.
I don’t know - I’ll see her tomorrow and will check.
We’re unable to reproduce this here either. Could there be a mistake in the password?
She changed it and then she could get into Bolt dashboard. But Appstudio still tells her she has to log into Bolt when she tries to run project on Volt. Maybe deleting Appstudio and reinstalling it?
(I’m guessing you mean Volt, not Bolt)
Yes, reinstalling might be a good thing to try next. Be sure to do a complete uninstall.
She just told me it is working now. Not sure what we did worked - if I find out I’ll let you know. Thanks
