Config.xml Template

Hi,
I’ve been away for quite a long time now and I’m looking to update some of my apps. Is there a basic Config.xml template available for Android that I could use? Mine is very outdated (PhoneGap era). Splash Screen, Icon and some png pics and that’s it. Thanks
