Five us, including me, had Appstudio lock up (controls disappeared) while using it and show an error message"Your serial number has been disabled.".
In each case, we deleted the App Studio Preferences file, deleted Appstudio, downloaded the newest version of Appstudio, installed it, registered it using the. new serial number, and got the disabled error message again. See attached. Also attached is the project I was working on when it locked up.
