I have a student who had to install Appstudio on a new machine right before the exam. Our license was just updated. The license code we had doesn’t work now - it says it is outdated. How can I find the ‘new’ license code fast? Thanks!
Update: we rebooted the mac - no joy.
We quit Appstudio and deleted the Appstudio Preferences - no joy.
She is currently trying to run the free, 7 day version.
Any ideas?

I’ll have to ask the student - she left already. Where is her serial number? I’ll get back to you. My appstudio is working but if I look at About it shows expired. Thoughts? Thanks G.
