Err uploading android ,don't know app version code

I try every imaginable version code for my app,it always fail uploading to Google play store.I try v1.0.1,version code 17 lately,but also fail.is there a way to determine the version and version code?voltbuilder tries ends for the day,is there a way to pay extra to prolong VB tries?

Try changing this: android-versionCode = "14" to: android-versionCode = "15" in your VoltBuilder config file.

Each time you upload to google play you have to increase that number.

You might also need to increase this: version = "1.0.1

I couldn’t try it now,exceed tries.my suggestion.can go through a verification process.if I go through twice,and I quit at 6July,then I pay until 8 july.this is tricky,but,can it be done?
