Extra lines in code 9.0.3.2

I’ve been away from app studio for a couple years. I installed the new version 9.0.3.2
I opened up an old code project and found extra lines in code in version.
The LineBreakRemoverTool didn’t seem to work.
So how can I get rid of all the extra lines of code?

Never mind. I tried the LineBreakRemoverTool again and it seemed to work all right.

Oops. Cancel that. LineBreakRemoverTool didn’t work on all the code.
Any other ideas?

Can you show us what you’re seeing?

I tried it again on a couple different blocks of code and it seemed to have worked all right.
Can’t figure out why it didn’t before.
Maybe I didn’t refresh browser page.
