No, there is not. It’s a privacy feature that is built into all phones.
You can probably imagine how such a feature could be abused to use the phone as a surveillance device.
Although not the same thing, but you can use FingerprintJS to get a somewhat unique ID based on several device characteristics. Hope it helps!
