Google has designed procedures to comply with its regulatory requirements which also continue to protect and respect the confidentiality of your personal information.

If the verification process is not completed within 45 days of the initial email sent on 12/31/2025, your payments profile may be suspended, preventing you from selling digital content on Google Play. The link you sent leads to support.google.com which is a valid google site

If you search google for “payment services act google singapore” you will get an explanation of the Singapore tax requirement (if you are using Chrome) and a link to that form in the “Verify your identity - Google payments center help” link. The link will take you to a version of the form at support.google.com that is partially filled out from you Google account (if you are using Chrome and are logged in)>

It looks legit to me.

There is another email prior to the mentioned email. Although it shows support.google.com.the form underneath is fake.
