I used two different web hosts to deploy my app for this test.
The same app was deployed to both hosts, installed app on iphone, made a minor change and then refresh deployed the app.
On host #1 the app would update immediately after I swiped-up closing the app.
On host #2 the app would only update after I cleared cache in Safari.
Why the difference?
