Is the NSB PhoneGap debugger still available?

AppStudio Server Debugger - NSB App Studio discusses how to enable phonegap debugging, but on the properties tab for a project, I am not seeing a setting. Is this no longer available or where do I find it / enable it?

It’s been replaced by the PhoneGap debugger. You’ll need your own PhoneGap account to use it. You can see it here:
