"master page" form

I could have sworn I saw this in a post in here, but how can I create a “master page” with a Hamburger on it as well as a few other controls that I want to show in every form in the app? Is that possible?

Have a look at the HeaderBodyFooter sample. It uses a separate form for the header which is positioned about the form which changes.
