Lately when starting my web apps from a link, they start in a new window in chrome and not the installed, and sometimes running, pwa. My most pressing issue is when returning from a barcode scan using pic2shop, it opens a new chrome window instead of returning to the app.
Is there some trick to fix this issue?
When you say you are starting your app from a link, what exactly are you doing?

I think it is along those lines but I couldn’t get the 'intent’s to work for me.
My primary goal is to get the pic2shop barcode scanner to return to the pwa that called it and not to a new chrome tab.
Something has changed in the last few months as it was working fine in February.
