Phonegap plugin fail to run with "modern" android versions

I made a program to read IMEI number using some phonegap plugin. When it is installed in a Samsung S5 with android version 5.0 works fine but it fails under LG X power 2 running android version 7.0.
I tried with imeiplugin and cordova-plugin-device-mv, both works fine in Samsung S5 but fail in LG X.

I know it is a phonegap issue, but do you have any solution por that?

You’ll need to open an issue with the plugin developer.

This ran ok giving permissions to application.
