Got this on an iphone.

Any one know what this is? Its from one of my clients having trouble after iphone update.
What phone and iOS version does he have?
iPhone 7+. iOS 10.3.1
How big is his data + your app?
I have multiple apps on offer. Some users install all of them. Do they use
the same “space” or is each app separate?
And then how do I find the size of the app?
All of the apps loaded from one server contribute to the total.
To see the space currently used, do Settings… Safari… Advanced… Website Data, then look for the name of your server.
Another possibility is that the user has Private Browsing turned on.
