Send Email Sample Program

I incorporating the Send Email sample program. Works great, but when the data in the textbox is larger than couple of paragraphs the Send Function does not work, it only works when is few characters long. I tried increasing the maxlenght property way more and still does not function,

I am running it in Start in Desktop Browser, Chrome.

Any solutions to fix this.
