Splash Screen Sizes

I am using AppStudio 9.5.3 and Voltbuilder. For some reason, the graphics I specify in splash (2732) are MUCH TOO LARGE when the app starts. Graphic is the correct size; this happens for IOS and ANDROID. Where are the files for icon (1024), splash (3732) and icon supposed to be stored?

Also, what background color should I be using?
