What is the EULA control

I am working on a EULA screen and using the sample project as a guide.
Where do I find the ‘EULA control’ that is mentioned and how do I add it?

'This project shows how a EULA can be added to your app.
'Put the EULA text into the project’s EULA property and
'add the EULA control to your app.
